 Course Description
 
1. Start with some basic yoga to loosen up the body.
2. Sit on a cushion and listen to some meditation instruction.
3. Meditate as per instruction.
4. Develop wisdom and compassion.
為落實行持的精神，除了課程上的知識面，服務及實作也同樣重要，所以在系所整體規劃中，此課程分為四部份：
一、生活與文化專題講座（25%）：需聽滿10場講座，上傳認證卡，有寫心得者加分
二、佛門基本知識與修持（25%）：授課6週
三、修持實踐（20%）：共住生活之表現
四、服務實作（30%）：由學生選擇一組實作分組，由系所教師帶組引導學生服務實作。
第一、三、四項由書院主任及系辦協助辦理，提供評分依據交由授課教師統整。

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
