 Course Description
 
本課程介紹從十九世紀末至二十世紀初的現代主義在英詩上的呈現，探討現代主義的時代精神和文藝特質，以及代表性詩人的作品及其內涵。
This course introduces the cultural and social background of Modernism, spanning from late nineteenth century to early twentieth century, roughly before World War Two. Major modernists and their poems will be read and discussed to show such qualities of Modernism.
