Course Description

本課程包含休閒經濟學與醫療經濟學兩部分，休閒經濟學的主要研究內容，是應用經濟分析方法，探討休閒(包含遊憩、觀光、運動)市場相關部門的行為，以及政府相關政策對這些行為的影響效果。
醫療經濟學首先以介紹健康與醫療服務市場的特性作為導論，然後切入健康保險制度最常面臨的醫療支出成長問題進行深入的剖析，探討的重點涵蓋醫療支出成長的決定因素與控制策略。最後則是分析醫療市場上三個決策者的行為：醫師、醫院與藥廠。本課程的設計是以大學部的學生為主要對象，課程重點以「專題實作」為主，也就是針對休閒市場及醫療保健市場幾個特定的課題，進行有系統的實作。課程內容的安排，是希望能有助於學生瞭解上述兩種市場相關經濟問題，與培養學生的專題實作能力。透過修習本課程，可增進修課學生對休閒產業的知識，進而提供未來以健康相關課題作為實作及研究領域（撰寫專題）或生涯發展規劃的基礎。The main contents of this course includes leisure economics and health economics in two parts, leisure economics is the application of economic analysis to explore leisure (including recreation, tourism, sport) conduct market-related sectors, as well as government policies on these behaviors impact results. First introduced to the characteristics of medical economics of health and medical services market as an introduction, and then cut the growth of health care spending most common problems faced by the health insurance system in-depth analysis, focusing on the growth of medical costs covered by the determinants and control strategies. Finally, it is to analyze the behavior of the three decision-makers on the health care market: physicians, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. Design Institute students are the main target of this course, the course focused on a "case study" based, that is, for the leisure market and the healthcare market a few specific topics, a systematic in-depth analysis. Arrangements course content, is hoping to help students understand the economic issues related to these two markets, and to develop students' research skills. Through taking this course can be taught to enhance students' knowledge of the leisure industry, thus providing future health-related issues as an academic field of study (writing topic thesis)-based or career development planning.
