Course Description
 
This course is designed to introduce to undergraduate students the theoretical concepts of Human Resource Management (HRM), as well as enhance their understanding of the practical questions in this field. This course also attempt to help students form professional identity of government managers. At the end of this course, students can have a basic understanding of HRM, with a comprehensive perspective on theoretical and practical issues, as well as a solid knowledge background for their future career development.
