本課程主要介紹各種禪修法門,與當代主流醫學界、心理學界與傳統東方宗教哲學對正念療法的理論,闡述、運用範圍與目前研究。以瞭解正念靜坐的理論與實際運用方法,及其療癒功能,並帶領學生實際演練與體驗。The course mainly introduces the types of meditation, the theory, explanation, application and current research of mindful healing of contemporary mainstream of medicine, psychology and traditional eastern philosophy. The purpose is to understand the theory, application and healing function, as well as leading the student to practice and experience.

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。 2. 依本校「學則」第33條,曠課一小時,以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一,經該科教師扣考後,即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
