Course Description

本課程專為熟齡學員設計，旨在透過「口述歷史」的方法，引導長者回顧並梳理個人生命歷程。我們將歷史學的視角從宏大的國家敘事轉向微觀的個人記憶，讓學員認識到「我」就是歷史的見證者。課程結合課堂分享、老照片賞析與五次深度的校外走讀，帶領學員重訪地方歷史現場。這不僅是一堂歷史課，更是一趟自我療癒與重新連結地方情感的旅程，最終將記憶編織成獨一無二的生命織錦。
Designed specifically for senior learners in the "Third Age," this course utilizes "Oral History" methods to guide participants in reviewing and organizing their life journeys. We shift the historical perspective from grand national narratives to micro-personal memories, empowering learners to realize that they are witnesses to history. The course integrates classroom sharing, analysis of old photographs, and five in-depth field trips to revisit local historical sites. More than just a history class, this is a journey of self-discovery and reconnection with local sentiment, ultimately weaving scattered memories into a unique tapestry of life.

Course Objectives

1	學習基礎口述歷史技巧，能運用手機或錄音筆記錄自己與他人的生命故事。 To learn basic oral history techniques and utilize smartphones or recorders to document personal and others' life stories.
2	透過老照片與文物的分享，活化個人記憶，並建立與地方歷史變遷的連結。 To revitalize personal memories through sharing old photos and artifacts, establishing a connection with the historical evolution of the local area.
3	藉由校外參訪（走讀），在實地情境中觸發感官記憶，增進對社區與地方文化的認同。 To trigger sensory memories through field trips (walking tours), enhancing identification with the community and local culture.
4	促進學員間的社交互動與世代交流，提升自我價值感，實踐活躍老化的精神。 To promote social interaction and intergenerational exchange, boosting self-worth and practicing the spirit of active aging
