Course Description
 
對台灣宗教現象的研究，已由傳統的經典及史學考據式的研究，改變到宗教對社會的調查。所以，加強對宗教與所處複雜文化環境的敏感度，宗教如何被使用成為團結的力量與建立認同感，成為關注的重要一環，因此 要擺脫過去的學術格局，台灣宗教研究必須注入新血，成為不但是跨領域甚至是具時代意義的學門。
本課程的目的是讓學生藉探索現今台灣通俗的宗教議題，深入了解社會文化的身度結構。

The study of religious phenomena in Taiwan has changed from the traditional textual research of classics and history to the investigation of religion on society. Therefore, strengthening the sensitivity to religion and the complex cultural environment in which we live, and how religion is used to become a force of unity and establish a sense of identity, has become an important part of our attention. Therefore, in order to get rid of the past academic structure, Taiwan's religious studies must inject new blood. , becoming not only a cross-field but also a discipline of contemporary significance.
