Course Description
 
本課程主要介紹基本佛教的「行」相關概念，例如，佛教殿堂之基本禮儀、齋堂禮儀及精神、修行法門(禪修、念佛)，深化佛教行持之素養，旨增進學生佛教行門實踐涵養，以落實佛法之解行並重。
This course primarily introduces the basic concepts and Buddhist practices related to the concept of “practice,” such as, the basic etiquette of Buddha Hall, the etiquette and spirit of the dining hall, Buddhist practices (chanting/thinking of the Buddha, basic meditation techniques) in terms of Buddhist perspective, as deepening students’ understanding of the spirit of Buddhist practice. It aims to enhance students’ cultivation in Buddhist practice as well as balancing both understanding and practice of the Dharma.

Course Objectives

 瞭解佛教的生活律儀，並落實於生活中。 To understand the ethical conduct in Buddhist daily life and implement it in daily life.
 具備初級禪修的正確觀念與方法，並且實際參與修持。 To possess the correct concepts and techniques of basic meditation and actively participate in the practice.
 具備念佛法門的基本知識與修持方法，並且實際參與修持。 To have fundamental knowledge and practice methods of chanting the Buddha's name and actively engage in the practice.
