本課程首先介紹語言的本質。針對不同領域的語言學知識及資訊加強學生的認知與了解。增進獨立思考、分析語言學相關問題、解決問題、提出並分析語言學相關假設、增進語言與寫作表達能力。其次,結合語言學理論及漢語語言學知識,運用於華語實務教學。鼓勵學生多元思考,從學理討論延伸至實際教學場域,並就實際教學情形回顧理論探討。 This course aims firstly to introduce the nature of human language and provide information which enable students to gain insight and understanding of linguistic issues. To increase ability in critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving, hypothesis formulation and evaluation, and written expression. Secondly, linguistic theories and knowledge of Mandarin Chinese would be combined to be further applied to Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSL). Students are encouraged to think in multiple ways, extending from theoretical discussions to practical teaching fields, and review theoretical discussions on practical teaching situations.

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。 2. 依本校「學則」第33條,曠課一小時,以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一,經該科教師扣考後,即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
