Course Description
 
自西元前五世紀至十九世紀末，中國古文是傳統知識份子的通用書面語。迄今許多來自古文的成語及慣用語，仍保留在華人口語及書寫中。本課程將自經、史、子、集四部目錄中，系統性地選取重要古籍，介紹其成書背景，以及所關懷的文史哲課題。此課程旨在加強多語言訓練中「華語」的文化深度，期使修課同學能初步掌握古文的閱讀方式，同時理解當代華語的傳統文化根源。
From the fifth century BC to the end of the nineteenth century, ancient Chinese writing was the common written language of traditional intellectuals. To this day, many idioms and idiomatic expressions from ancient texts are still retained in Chinese spoken and written language. This course will systematically select important ancient books from the catalog of four subjects: Jing, Shi, Zi, and Ji, and introduce the background of their writing, as well as the literary, historical and philosophical topics they care about.
This course aims to enhance the cultural depth of "Chinese" in multilingual training, so that students can initially master the reading methods of ancient Chinese and understand the traditional cultural roots of contemporary Chinese.

學生請假規則

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
