Course Description
 
本課程旨在培養學生面對氣候變遷的適應能力,學習在家庭、校園、社區三個層面實踐防災與健康一體化策略。課程結合台灣在地案例,從百年大旱、超的豪雨、登革熱疫情等實際事件出發,採用「健康一體」理念架構,強調人類、動物、環境健康的相互關聯。學生將掌握氣候風險評估、防災計畫制定、跨部門協作等核心能力,並透過實務演練培養成為具備氣候韌性的未來公民。This course aims to develop students' climate adaptation capabilities by learning disaster prevention and One Health strategies across household, campus, and community levels. Integrating Taiwan's local cases from actual events such as the century drought, heavy rainfall, and dengue outbreaks, the course adopts the "One Health" approach, emphasizing the interconnection of human, animal, and environmental health. Students will master core competencies in climate risk assessment, disaster prevention planning, and cross-sector collaboration, developing into future citizens with climate resilience through practical exercises.

1第1週課程介紹:環境、健康與建築介紹環境變遷對健康的影響,並闡述綠建築與健康建築作為解決方案的核心角色。建立建築是環境與健康之間重要介面的基本觀念。Introduction: Environment, Health, and the Built EnvironmentIntroduces the impact of environmental change on health and explains the core role of green and healthy buildings as solutions. Establishes the fundamental concept of buildings as a critical interface between the environment and health. 
2第2週研究方法:資料搜集與分析學習搜集環境與建築相關資料的方法、閱讀文獻的技巧,以及將複雜資訊轉化為概念圖的技術,培養獨立研究與問題分析的能力。Research Methods: Data Collection and AnalysisLearn methods for collecting environmental and architectural data, literature review skills, and techniques for creating concept maps to develop independent research and analytical abilities. 
3第3週基地設計與氣候韌性探討永續基地設計如何應對高溫熱浪與暴雨洪災。內容包括基地保水、生物多樣性、開放空間規劃,以減緩都市熱島效應並提升防災能力。Site Design and Climate ResilienceExplores how sustainable site design can respond to heatwaves and floods. Topics include site water retention, biodiversity, and open space planning to mitigate the urban heat island effect and enhance disaster resilience. 
4第4週水資源管理與乾旱調適因應乾旱危機,探討建築中的水資源管理策略,包括節水設備選用、雨水回收系統設計與中水利用,確保水資源的永續性。Water Management and Drought AdaptationAddresses drought challenges by exploring water management strategies in buildings, including water-saving fixtures, rainwater harvesting systems, and greywater recycling to ensure water sustainability. 
5第5週建築耗能與淨零減碳介紹建築節能設計與再生能源應用,連結2050淨零排放目標。探討如何透過建築外殼、空調與照明設計,降低家庭與社區的碳排放。Building Energy Use and Carbon ReductionIntroduces energy-efficient design and renewable energy applications in buildings, linking to 2050 net-zero goals. Discusses reducing carbon emissions through building envelope, HVAC, and lighting design. 
6第6週永續建材與廢棄物管理探討綠建材的選擇原則、材料的生命週期與健康影響。學習營建廢棄物減量與資源回收策略,減少建築對環境的衝擊。Sustainable Materials and Waste ManagementExamines principles for selecting green building materials, their life cycle, and health impacts. Learn strategies for construction waste reduction and recycling to minimize environmental impact. 
7第7週室內空氣品質與疾病預防分析室內空氣污染源(如PM2.5、VOCs),探討通風、過濾等改善策略。連結COVID-19經驗,討論建築設計在預防傳染病傳播中的作用。Indoor Air Quality and Disease PreventionAnalyzes indoor air pollution sources (e.g., PM2.5, VOCs) and explores improvement strategies like ventilation and filtration. 2. 依本校「學則」第33條,曠課一小時,以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一,經該科教師扣考後,即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
