Course Description
 
本課程分為三大部分，第一部分為統計原理，講授chi-square、t-test、ANOVA、correlation、regression等統計方法。第二部分，老師將與同學一起研讀論文，希望在研讀論文過程中，幫助同學理解計量方法的正確運用時機及其限制。第三部分則帶著同學們上機實習，使同學們親自體驗SPSS統計套裝軟體的操作與分析，具備實際的分析能力。
This course is divided into three main parts. The first part covers the principles of statistics, including methods such as chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and regression. In the second part, the instructor will guide students in reading academic papers, aiming to help them understand the appropriate application and limitations of quantitative methods through the process of literature review. The third part involves hands-on computer lab sessions, where students will gain practical experience in using the SPSS statistical software package for data analysis, thereby developing their analytical skills.
