Course Description

社會學是認識世界的知性框架，藉由社會學的想像，我們可以理解建構社會的基礎、方式，與社會結構、社會組成、人群互動、歷史變遷等。本課程旨在培養同學社會學問題意識之養成、分析觀點與方法。社會學知識必須建立在日常生活現象觀察之中。本課程以問題導向學習方式導引同學進行思考，一方面發現社會的多面向；另一方面也期望能夠藉由此基礎課程，了解到社會學這門學科的跨領域特徵，能將社會學的想像發揮在未來生涯中，並能將社會學思考引入日常生活裡。

Sociology is the intellectual framework for understanding the world. Through sociological imagination, we can understand the basis and ways of constructing society, as well as social structure, social composition, group interaction, historical changes, etc. This course aims to cultivate students' awareness of sociological issues, analytical perspectives and methods. Sociological knowledge must be based on the observation of daily life phenomena. This course uses a problem-based learning method to guide students to think. On the one hand, they discover the many dimensions of society. On the other hand, it is also hoped that through this basic course, the students can understand the interdisciplinary characteristics of the discipline sociology and able to use sociological imagination in their future career and introduce sociological thinking into daily life.

學生請假規則

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
