Course Description
 
本課程主要是為了使學生對於公共管理理論概念及實務問題能有一初步的瞭解,同時,協助學生能夠形塑本身對政府公共管理人才角色之認同,兼具廣博的理論及恢宏的實務視野,從而為未來的生涯發展,奠定一個穩固的知識基礎。
This course is designed to introduce to undergraduate students the theoretical concepts of Public anagement, as well as enhance their understanding of the practical questions in this field. This course lso attempt to help students form professional identity of public managers. At the end of this course,tudents can have a basic understanding of Public Management, with a comprehensive perspective on heoretical and practical issues, as well as a solid knowledge background for their future career evelopment.

1幫助學生理解公共管理理論概念與當前實務發展過程,以建立學生對此一專業領域角色之認同感。To help students understand the theoretical concepts and practical development of Public anagement, and as such help them establish professional identity in this field.
2讓學生瞭解公共管理的基本功能與管理工具之運用。To help students understand the basic functions of Public Management and some important management tools for public sector.
3促進學生對公共管理實務問題的分析能力。Help students enhance their analytical capacities for ractical problems in public sector management.

1課程簡介:Course Description
1. 本課程主要是為了使學生對於公共管理理論概念及實務問題能有一初步的瞭解,同時,協助學生能夠形塑本身對政府公共管理人才角色之認同,兼具廣博的理論及恢宏的實務視野,從而為未來的生涯發展,奠定一個穩固的知識基礎。
1. This course is mainly designed to enable students to have a preliminary understanding of the theoretical concepts and practical issues of public administration. At the same time, it helps students to shape their own recognition of the role of government public administration talents, with both broad theoretical and grand practical vision. , thereby laying a solid knowledge foundation for future career development.
2. 出席與討論(20%):出席情形為評分項目之一,缺課超過三分之一依學校規定扣考。
2. Attendance and discussion (20%): Attendance is one of the scoring items. Students who are absent for more than one-third of the class will have their grades dropped according to school regulations.
3. 筆記(20%):上課同學必須抄寫筆記,筆記應於期末繳交評分。
3. Notes (20%): Students are required to take notes during class, which should be submitted and graded at the end of the term.
4. 主題報告(30%):自第六週開始,每2位同學為一組,負責該章節的報告;報告內容除書本內容外,並需找一相關案例加以補充分析之。報告PPT電子檔案必須在前一週五以前上傳數位學習平台。
4. Theme report (30%): Starting from the sixth week, two students form a group and are responsible for the report of this chapter. In addition to the content of the book, the report needs to find a relevant case for supplementary analysis. The electronic file of the report PPT must be uploaded to the digital learning platform before the previous Friday.
5. 期末考試(30%):期末最後一週舉行總結考試。

學生請假規則

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條,曠課一小時,以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一,經該科教師扣考後,即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
