Course Description
 
本課程旨在協助學生增進對於當前國際社會所相當關切議題之認識與了解。自從2001年「九一一」恐攻事件後，美國倡議與推動國土安全制度建構，包括公佈國土安全戰略、成立國土安全部、增加有關國土安全政策經費與人員、推動一系列國土安全跨國合作計畫等措施，隨後，包括加拿大、英國、德國、法國、新加坡以及我國等主要國家亦實施類作為，目標均在強化國土安全，防範恐怖攻擊與災害急難事件。另外，前述國家亦針對移民管理進行檢討與改進，一方面維續既有移民制度與實施規範，吸納優秀外來移民，另方面則在強化移民安全管理，降低外來安全威脅。是以，本課程將介紹主要國家之國土安全與移民制度之指導戰略、政策實施、體制建構、機制組成、計畫擬定、實際措施等主要課題，加強學生對於當前國際安全重要議題之熟析與掌握。

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
