Course Description
 
政治學可謂是社會科學院的學生主要課程之一，希望可以透過本課程，讓同學們對於政治學的
相關議題有一初步的理解，並可作為往後研究的基礎。在課程設計中，主要分為三大部分：首先介紹政治學的內涵以及研究方法；其次介紹與政府體系相關的概念，包括：民族國家、憲法與憲政、政府體制、政黨體制、選舉制度與國會制度等；最後則將主要的議題將集中於政府組織之外的探討。
包括：利益團體、人權與民權、民主政治與民主理論、政治文化、政治社會化、政治菁英與政治領導、政治傳播、政治參與與群眾運動等。

The course is designed to provide undergraduate students with an introduction to political science as
a discipline. The course consists of three primary sections. First, we will explore the scope of political
science as a field of inquiry and the methods used by political scientists: the concepts and methodology of
political science. The second section of the course will focus on the substance of politics: nation state;
constitutions; political system; political party; electoral system; parliamentary system. The third section
will focus on the concepts outside the political system: interest groups; human rights and civil rights;
democracy; political culture; political socialization; political elites and leadership; political
communication; political participation.

學生請假規則

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
