Course Description

我國法律狀類繁多，除憲法、一般民刑事實體法與訴訟法外，還有各類行政法及智慧財產權法。尤其是行政法官涉及科技、生活、醫療、教育、金融及社會發展等，因此有必要從日常生活的觀點，概括性的了解法律的樣貌，以及個人基於法律的權利與義務。本課程將從法律初學者的角度出發，帶領學生從憲法、法律的基本原則與法理開始，循序漸進的介紹及討論我國的法制體系、重要法律規範和學生日常生活常見之法律問題，例如網路及社群媒體上常遇到的法律爭議及可能的排解方式，以及警察執勤相關法規等，進而引導學生產生學習法律的興趣及報考國考的動力。

The legal system of our country encompasses a wide array of legal categories, including the Constitution, general substantive civil and criminal laws, procedural laws, various branches of administrative law, and intellectual property law. Notably, administrative law governs diverse domains such as technology, daily life, healthcare, education, finance, and social development. Therefore, it is essential to gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework from an everyday perspective, including individuals' rights and obligations under the law.
This course is designed for beginners in legal studies, guiding students through a structured exploration of the legal system. Starting with the Constitution, fundamental legal principles, and jurisprudence, the course will progressively introduce and discuss the legal framework of our country, key legal norms, and common legal issues encountered in daily life. Topics will include legal disputes frequently arising in online and social media contexts and potential resolution mechanisms, as well as legal regulations related to police duties. Through this approach, the course aims to cultivate students' interest in legal studies and inspire them to pursue national examinations for legal professions.

2了解公、私法的類型、個別的作用、保障的法益及適用的方式。 Understand the classifications of public and private law, their respective functions, the legal interests they protect, and their modes of application.
3簡介我國各類訴訟制度(含憲法訴訟)及解析主要法律適用下的重要案例(包括憲法法庭判決)。 Provide an overview of various litigation systems in our country (including constitutional litigation) and analyze key legal cases under major laws, including decisions of the Constitutional Court.
4探討日常生活中常見的法律問題，以及各類法律爭議的解方。 Examine common legal issues encountered in daily life and explore legal solutions to various disputes.
5探討智慧財產權、金融、勞動與消費者保護法律之調適、應用，以及新趨勢。 Discuss the adaptation, application, and emerging trends in intellectual property law, financial law, labor law, and consumer protection law.
6介紹警察法規之適用對象、範圍及重要規範內容。 Introduce the scope of application, coverage, and key regulatory provisions of police law.

學生請假規則

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
