國際關係課程主要目的在學習國際關係理論與分析架構，再加上國際法與國際組織相關學理，說明與解析當前國際互動關係及相關現象、事務。此外，該課程也能增進學生對於國際局勢現況與發展、重要議題與影響，以及國家對外政策與作為之認識和瞭解。而且也培養學生具備基本與必要之國際觀，擴大認知格局與國際視野，深入認識全球化過程、現象，及衍生議題與影響。

The main purpose of the international relations course is to learn the theory and analytical framework of international relations, coupled with the relevant academic theories of international law and international organizations, to explain and analyze current international interactive relations and related phenomena and affairs. In addition, this course can also enhance students' knowledge and understanding of the current status and development of the international situation, important issues and influences, as well as the country's foreign policies and actions. It also cultivates students’ basic and necessary international outlook, expands their cognitive structure and international horizons, and provides an in-depth understanding of the process, phenomenon, and derived issues and impacts of globalization.

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
