Course Description
 
憲法是國家的基本法規保障人民基本權、以及凝聚公民認同的基本法規範，不同的國家有不同的憲法，不同的憲法規範不同的政府運作。憲法被世人共識為國家根本法的緣由，乃因憲法是分配國家權力的法律，它一方面要規定政府權力分配的結構、及其相互關係；另一方面又要規定政府與人民間的權力關係，故其內容與趨勢為世所重視。

每週五，1~3節
學生請假規則

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
