Course Description

「組織行為」乃是一門跨科際取向的學科，其主題是關於人們在現代組織生活中的行為會受到個人、團體與組織等各種層次中許多因素的影響，因此，個人在組織中的行為常常會受到個人的價值觀、及態度的影響，也會受到團體互動過程與其他組織結構因素的影響。故組織行為課程期望學生能了解組織行為方面的理論概念與管理實務問題。

"Organizational Behavior" is a subject with an interdisciplinary orientation. Its theme is that people's behavior in modern organizational life will be affected by many factors at various levels such as individuals, groups, and organizations. Therefore, individuals in organizations behavior is often affected by personal values and attitudes, as well as by group interaction processes and other organizational structural factors. Therefore, this course expects students to understand theoretical concepts and practical management issues in organizational behavior.

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
