Course Description

本課程旨在提供學生對民法的基本認識，涵蓋民法的主要範疇，如人格權、債法、物權、親屬與繼承法。透過系統性的介紹與案例分析，學生將了解民法在現代社會中之重要性與適用方式，同時並培養分析與解決實際案例的能力。本課程除講授民法對個人權利與義務的保障功能外，也將引導學生思考民法如何與時俱進，因應社會變遷下各類重大事件形成的挑戰。
This course aims to provide students with a fundamental understanding of civil law, covering major areas such as personality rights, obligations, property law, family law, and inheritance law. Through systematic instruction and case analysis, students will gain insight into the importance and application of civil law in modern society and develop the ability to analyze and resolve real-life cases. In addition to teaching civil law's role in protecting individual rights and obligations, this course will also guide students to consider how civil law adapts to evolving societal changes and addresses challenges arising from significant contemporary events.

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
