Course Description

本課程「人力資源發展專題」旨在為大學生入學修讀研究所的選修課程，提供有關人力資源管理及發展的深入知識。課程將探討企業如何在選才、用才、育才、留才等方面進行系統性規劃與管理，並強調人才發展對組織成功的重要性。學員將學習如何利用現代的人力資源管理理論與實務技巧，來吸引、選擇及留住優秀的人才。此外，本課程也會探討如何設計與實施有效的員工培訓與發展計劃，以提升員工的工作滿意度與工作效能。透過案例分析與實務操作，學生將能夠理解如何將人力資源發展策略有效應用於不同組織與產業中。
This course, "Selected Topics in Human Resource Development," is an elective course designed for undergraduate students entering graduate programs, providing in-depth knowledge about human resource management and development. The course will explore how organizations systematically plan and manage talent acquisition, utilization, development, and retention, emphasizing the importance of talent development for organizational success. Students will learn how to apply modern human resource management theories and practical techniques to attract, select, and retain top talent. Additionally, the course will examine how to design and implement effective employee training and development programs to enhance employee satisfaction and performance. Through case studies and practical exercises, students will gain insight into how to effectively apply human resource development strategies in various organizations and industries.
