Course Description

本課程將帶領碩士班學生深入探討全球治理的核心理論與當代議題。課程將從國際關係與國際法的視角出發，分析全球治理的發展脈絡、主要行為者（如聯合國、世界貿易組織、國際貨幣基金組織等）與制度架構，並討論全球面臨的重大挑戰，例如氣候變遷、疫情防控、跨國移民、數位治理與人工智慧監管。透過閱讀學術文獻、個案研究、小組討論與期末研究報告，學生將培養批判性思維與政策分析能力，以因應全球治理實務的多重面向。
This course is designed to guide master's students in exploring key theories and contemporary issues in global governance. Drawing from international relations and international law, the course analyzes the evolution of global governance, major actors (such as the United Nations, WTO, IMF), and institutional frameworks. It also addresses critical global challenges, including climate change, pandemic control, transnational migration, digital governance, and AI regulation. Through academic readings, case studies, group discussions, and a final research paper, students will develop critical thinking and policy analysis skills to engage with the complexities of global governance in practice.
