Course Description

本課程「公共管理研究」旨在幫助學生深入理解公共管理的理論與實踐。課程將探索公共管理的基本概念、結構與功能，並討論公共部門如何在政策制定、資源分配及公共服務提供中發揮作用。學員將學習分析公共部門的管理挑戰與創新，理解如何運用現代管理理論與方法來提升政府效能和公共服務質量。通過案例研究與討論，學員將深入了解全球與本地的公共管理實踐，並能夠在多變的公共管理環境中應對日益複雜的問題。本課程適合希望在公共部門發展或深造的學生，並為進一步研究公共政策與公共管理提供堅實基礎。

This course, "Study of Public Management," helps students develop a deeper understanding of public management theories and practices. The course explores the fundamental concepts, structures, and functions of public management, and discusses how the public sector plays a role in policy-making, resource allocation, and public service delivery. Students will learn to analyze the management challenges and innovations in the public sector, and understand how to apply modern management theories and methods to enhance government efficiency and public service quality. Through case studies and discussions, students will gain insights into global and local public management practices and be able to address increasingly complex issues in dynamic public management environments. This course is ideal for students pursuing careers or further studies in the public sector and provides a solid foundation for further research in public policy and public management.

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
