Course Description

本課程旨在介紹公共事務的基本理論，課程的目的在於使學生對於公共事務的相關概念有一基本的認識，同時對於公共事務的研究範圍、主題、研究方法等均能有一全面性的了解，提供學生未來選擇修習相關課程與研究方向、主題的基本藍圖。課程內容包含公共事務理論的發展脈絡、政府部門的組織運作與管理理論、以及政府部門所面對的改革挑戰與創新，同時理解如何應對現代公共事務的各種問題，並提升解決公共問題的能力。

This course aims to introduce the basic theories of public affairs. The purpose of the course is to enable students to have a basic understanding of the relevant concepts of public affairs, and at the same time to have a comprehensive understanding of the research scope, topics, research methods, etc. of public affairs, and to provide students with a basic blueprint for choosing related courses and research directions and topics in the future. The course content includes the development of public affairs theory, the organizational operation and management theory of government departments, and the reform challenges and innovations faced by government departments. It also helps students understand how to deal with various issues in modern public affairs and improve their ability to solve public problems.

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
