Course Description

本課程專為碩士在職專班設計，旨在探討如何應對當前地方發展中的挑戰，尤其是少子化、老齡化及全球化時代帶來的衝擊。學生將學習地方創生的理論框架，並深入分析地方創生的實務案例，探索如何運用創新思維與社會創新來激活地方經濟、改善社會環境，並延續地方文化。課程將結合理論與實務，培養學生從規劃、設計到實施的全方位能力，並強調團隊合作與地方資源的有效運用。學生將有機會參與現場實地考察，並透過個案分析加深對地方創生的理解與應用。
This course is designed for working professionals in a master's program and aims to address the challenges in local development, particularly the impacts of population decline, aging, and globalization. Students will learn the theoretical framework of regional revitalization and analyze real-world case studies, exploring how to use innovative thinking and social entrepreneurship to revitalize local economies, improve social environments, and preserve local culture. The course combines theory with practice, developing students’ comprehensive skills from planning and design to implementation, with an emphasis on teamwork and effective use of local resources. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in field visits and deepen their understanding and application of regional revitalization through case study analysis.

Course Objectives

2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
