Course Description
 
本課程旨在探討組織理論與管理的基本概念及其在公部門的應用，尤其專注於公部門組織的特點、挑戰與管理策略。課程內容將涵蓋不同的組織理論，包括古典理論、現代管理學派及其對公部門組織運作的影響。學生將深入分析公共部門的組織結構、文化、領導風格及其與政策執行的關聯。透過實際案例分析，學生將理解如何在公部門環境中應對各種管理挑戰，並學習有效的組織設計與運營管理技巧。

This course aims to explore the fundamental concepts of organizational theory and management, with a focus on their application in the public sector. It will particularly emphasize the characteristics, challenges, and management strategies within public sector organizations. The course will cover various organizational theories, including classical theories, modern management schools, and their impact on public sector operations. Students will analyze organizational structures, cultures, leadership styles, and their relationship to policy implementation in public sector contexts. Through case study analysis, students will learn how to address management challenges in public organizations and acquire effective organizational design and operational management skills.

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
