Course Description

本課程「公共管理研究」針對碩士在職專班學員，旨在深化學生對公共管理理論的理解並強調其在管理實務中的應用。課程內容將著重於公共部門管理的核心問題與實務挑戰，特別是如何有效運用現代管理技術提升政府部門的運作效率與公共服務質量。學員將學習如何解決資源分配、政策執行、效能評估等問題，並探討如何利用管理工具如績效管理、預算編制、流程再造等技術應對公共部門的現實挑戰。課程設計將結合案例分析與實務操作，提供學員深入了解公共管理現場操作的機會，並將所學應用於提升工作表現及組織績效。

This course, "Study of Public Management," is designed for graduate students in professional programs, with a focus on applying management theories to real-world public sector challenges. The course emphasizes the core issues in public sector management and addresses practical challenges, particularly in using modern management techniques to enhance government operations and public service quality. Students will learn how to tackle issues such as resource allocation, policy implementation, and performance evaluation, and explore how management tools like performance management, budgeting, and process reengineering can be applied to address the real challenges faced by the public sector. The course integrates case studies and practical exercises to provide students with an opportunity to understand the operational aspects of public management and apply their learning to improve job performance and organizational outcomes.

2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
