Course Description
 
本課程將從國際關係的視角出發，探討全球不同區域之政治、經濟、安全與文化互動關係，並分析區域整合、衝突、外交與發展等國際議題。課程將聚焦在亞洲、歐洲與美洲等主要區域體系，透過理論導入與案例研究，幫助學生了解全球政經格局與區域動態之間的連結，其中亦將針對區域組織（如歐盟、東協）、大國競爭、區域安全機制與軟實力影響力等問題加以討論。課程設計強調實務應用與跨領域思維，鼓勵學生連結其職場經驗，從國際視野理解在地影響，進而提升其公共事務理解與全球思辨之能力。

This course explores the political, economic, security, and cultural dynamics of different world regions from the perspective of international relations. Emphasizing regional integration, conflict, diplomacy, and development, the course focuses on major regions such as Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Through theoretical frameworks and case studies, students will examine the connections between global power structures and regional developments. Topics include regional organizations (e.g., the EU, ASEAN), major power rivalry, security mechanisms, and soft power influence. Designed for working professionals, the course promotes practical application and interdisciplinary thinking, encouraging students to connect global perspectives with their local contexts, thus enhancing their understanding of public affairs and global reasoning.

2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
