Course Description

本課程旨在介紹民法之基本原理、法律概念及實務應用，協助學生建立民事法律體系之基礎知識。課程內容涵蓋民法總則、債權、物權、親屬、繼承及智慧財產權等重要領域，並探討自然人與法人、法律行為、契約關係、財產權利、婚姻家庭及遺產繼承等日常生活常見法律議題。
課程強調理論與實務並重，透過案例分析、法律議題討論、業師講座及模擬法庭等教學方式，引導學生理解法律規範之適用與實務運作。透過本課程之學習，學生將能掌握民法基本知識，培養法律思維與問題分析能力，提升法治素養及運用法律解決生活與公共事務問題之能力。
This course provides an introduction to the fundamental principles, legal concepts, and practical applications of Civil Law. It aims to equip students with a basic understanding of the civil law system and its role in regulating social and legal relationships. The course covers major areas of civil law, including General Principles, Obligations, Property Rights, Family Law, Inheritance Law, and Intellectual Property Rights.
Topics include natural and legal persons, legal acts, contracts, property rights, marriage and family relations, inheritance, and contemporary legal issues. Emphasizing both theory and practice, the course incorporates case studies, legal discussions, guest lectures, and mock court activities to enhance students’ understanding of legal reasoning and application. Upon completion, students will be able to apply basic legal concepts, analyze legal issues, and develop legal literacy for addressing everyday and public affairs.
