Course Description
 
本課程旨在介紹非營利組織（Nonprofit Organizations, NPOs）的基本理念、組織運作與管理實務，探討第三部門在現代社會中的角色與功能。課程內容涵蓋非營利組織之發展、法規制度、使命與願景、財務管理、募款策略、人力資源管理、志工管理、組織治理及社會影響力評估等重要議題。
此外，課程亦結合社會企業、數位轉型、企業社會責任（CSR）、環境、社會與治理（ESG）及聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）等當代發展趨勢，協助學生了解非營利組織面對之挑戰與發展機會。透過案例分析、專題討論、工作坊及實務提案等教學方式，培養學生組織管理、問題分析、團隊合作及社會實踐能力，提升其參與公共事務及推動社會創新之素養。
This course introduces the fundamental concepts, operations, and management practices of Nonprofit Organizations (NPOs), with a focus on the role and functions of the third sector in contemporary society. Topics include the development of nonprofit organizations, legal and regulatory frameworks, mission and vision development, financial management, fundraising strategies, human resource and volunteer management, organizational governance, and social impact assessment.
In addition, the course explores emerging trends and challenges facing nonprofit organizations, including social enterprises, digital transformation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through case studies, project discussions, workshops, and practical proposals, students will develop competencies in organizational management, problem-solving, teamwork, and social engagement, while enhancing their understanding of public affairs and social innovation.
