Course Description
 
在學理之教學方面，本課程除了教授近代民宿管理和遊程規劃之知識暨理論外，並安排AI暨多媒體的遊程影片介紹和分析/討論，以探討民宿管理和遊程規劃的研究內涵與論文主題。並且，透過民宿相關之文獻導讀與報告，提昇學生之研究能力。在實務學習方面，將配合中華民國遊程規劃設計協會近年積極推廣專業證照之趨勢，輔導學生應考遊程規劃或民宿管家之專業證照。並且，針對宜蘭在地之深度遊程規劃，應用AI工具結合宜蘭遊程設計比賽，提供同學在民宿遊程規劃之實作演練，並以強化學生在遊程規劃與民宿管理之實務能力，以及應用AI之實作能力。
In terms of theoretical teaching, this course, in addition to imparting knowledge and theories of modern bed and breakfast management and tour planning, includes the introduction and analysis/discussion of AI-powered and multimedia itinerary videos to explore the research content and thesis topics of bed and breakfast management and itinerary planning. Furthermore, through guided reading and reporting on bed and breakfast-related literature, students' research abilities are enhanced. In terms of practical learning, in line with the recent trend of the Planning and Design Association actively promoting professional certification, students will be guided to take professional certification exams in itinerary planning or bed and breakfast host. Moreover, focusing on in-depth itinerary planning in Yilan, the course utilizes AI tools in conjunction with the Yilan itinerary design competition to provide students with practical exercises in bed and breakfast itinerary planning, thereby strengthening their practical abilities in tour planning and bed and breakfast management, as well as their ability to apply AI.
