Course Description

本課程以表達性藝術促進身心靈成長與生命教育為核心，透過多元藝術媒材與創作活動，引導學生進行自我探索、情感表達與團體互動。課程於學期初以集體創作與合力共繪活動展開，協助學生建立團體凝聚力與合作關係，並在創作過程中體驗自我與他人之間的連結。
課程內容結合曼陀羅繪畫、潛意識幻遊繪畫、濕水彩創作等藝術媒材，透過作品探索與生命教育反思，提升學生對自我內在情感、生命經驗與身心狀態的覺察能力。課程中亦安排期中心得報告與個別討論，提供學生整理學習歷程與深化自我理解的機會。
此外，課程進一步融入戲劇治療、心理劇、社會劇、受壓迫者劇場、舞蹈治療、結構律動、音樂與戲劇創作，以及園藝治療等多元表達性藝術形式，讓學生在體驗式學習中探索情緒、人際關係與生命議題，並感受藝術療癒的力量與特色。
學期末透過曼陀羅繪畫作業分享會、集體創作與總結回饋活動，協助學生整合整學期的學習與成長經驗，建立對生命教育、表達性藝術與身心靈整合發展之整體理解。

This course explores the application of expressive arts in promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual growth through a combination of creative practice, self-exploration, and life education. At the beginning of the semester, students participate in collective creative activities and collaborative painting experiences to foster group cohesion and interpersonal connection. Through a variety of artistic modalities, including Mandala painting, subconscious imagery painting, and wet watercolor techniques, students engage in personal artwork exploration and reflection related to life education and self-awareness.

The course further integrates expressive and creative therapies such as drama therapy, psychodrama, sociodrama, Theatre of the Oppressed, dance therapy, structured movement, music and dance creation, and horticultural therapy. These experiential activities encourage students to explore emotions, interpersonal relationships, and life experiences while deepening their understanding of personal growth and holistic well-being.

Midterm reflection reports and individual discussions provide opportunities for self-examination and guided feedback. Toward the end of the semester, students share their final Mandala artwork and participate in concluding collective creative activities, culminating in a final reflection and feedback session. Through these processes, students cultivate creativity, emotional expression, self-awareness, and an integrated understanding of life education and expressive arts practice..
