Course Description
 
學生學習工具的使用並動手作模型技術的練習，以適於產品設計師所需之模型製作技術。觀念方面上加強學生能有效利用模型增強設計效益的方法。

Students will learn to use tools and practice hands-on model-making techniques suitable for the skills required by product designers. Conceptually, the course emphasizes methods for effectively using models to enhance design efficiency.

Course Objectives

1學生學習工具的使用並動手作模型技術的練習，以適於產品設計師所需之模型製作技術。觀念方面上加強學生能有效利用模型增強設計效益的方法。 Students learn how to use tools and practice model-making techniques, suitable for the skills required by product designers. The course emphasizes methods for effectively using models to enhance design outcomes.
2藉由實際製作，練習真空成型設備的模型製作方法練習 Through hands-on practice, students learn the model-making techniques using vacuum forming equipment.
3透過講解與實作，認識並體驗模型的翻模技術 Through lectures and practice, students will understand and experience mold-making techniques for models.
4模型表面處理方式與質感呈現 Students learn methods for surface treatment of models and how to present texture and finish.

學生請假規則

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
