Course Description
 
佛教藝術與歷史、文化發展息息相關，既是佛教在不同時空的實體展現，更是濃縮各民族各朝代歷史文化的藝術寶庫。
佛教藝術與歷史、文化發展息息相關，既是佛教在不同時空的實體展現，更是濃縮各民族各朝代歷史文化的藝術寶庫。
這些佛教圖像和遺產，究竟蘊含哪些歷史文化信息？又我們應當如何觀看、理解，並進一步欣賞？它們對於當代又有什麼意義？有無可能在傳統的基礎上，進行貼近當代環境和需求的創新和轉化？
這門課適合的對象包含，想透過佛教藝術了解佛教歷史發展軌跡的人，想了解佛教物質文化遺產的人，想了解佛教視覺藝術(如: 圖像、電影等)背後的意涵的人，以及想運用佛教藝術進行文化創意與創新的人。

學生請假規則

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
