Course Description

本課程屬於通識教育自然與科技學門。課程由一般網路上風行的各種遊戲及一些設計過的紙筆及謎題出發，一方面分析破解遊戲與謎題的關鍵邏輯思維，一方面藉觀察遊戲設計，了解不同的數學概念。此外，配合通識課程設計，本課程另有數學史與數學藝術創作欣賞的配套課程。
　　本課程不以培養數學計算能力為主，以思維能力及習慣的培養為重心。具有基本的邏輯分析與數學涵養，有助於個人在其專業領域的邏輯訓練與表現，同時並培養自主思考與獨立判斷的能力理論，提昇學生學習意願與學習動機。學生需參與分組及課堂討論。並且繳交回家作業。

每周一下午1:00-5:00 雲起樓441 或是創科院201 建議事先預約已通知學生老師人在哪一間辦公室。以雲起樓441為主。Every Monday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, in Room 441 of Yunqi Building or Room 201 of the Innovation and Technology Institute. Advance booking is recommended as students and teachers will be notified of which office they will be in. Room 441 of Yunqi Building is the preferred option.

學生請假規則

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。1. Student leave requests must be processed in accordance with the school's "Academic Regulations" and "Student Leave Procedures."

2. According to Article 33 of the school's "Academic Regulations," one hour of absence is considered two hours of absence. If a student's total absences in a particular subject reach one-third of the total teaching hours for that subject in the entire semester, and this is penalized by the subject's teacher, the student will not be allowed to participate in any semester-long examinations or assessments for that subject.
