本課程將探討兩個核心概念:“運動”與“健康人生”,並分析其相互關聯性及重要性。課程目標是幫助學生理解如何透過規律的運動來提升健康,進而促進全方位的健康生活。同時,本課程強調認識生命的價值,尊重自己與他人的生命。透過學習,學生能更好地珍愛生命,並對社會及家庭成員表現出關愛與關懷,這將促進心理健康與和諧的社會關係。 This course will explore two core concepts: "Exercise" and "Healthy Living," analyzing their interrelationship and significance. The course aims to help students understand how regular physical activity can enhance health and contribute to a holistic healthy lifestyle. Additionally, it emphasizes recognizing the value of life and respecting the lives of oneself and others. Through learning, students will develop a deeper appreciation for life, demonstrating care and compassion toward society and family members. This approach will promote mental well-being and harmonious social relationships. (1) 運動的角色: The Role of Exercise 運動不僅僅是體力活動,還是增強身心健康的關鍵工具。課程將涵蓋不同運動形式,並討論其對身體健康的影響,如增強肌肉力量、提升心血管健康及提升心理健康水平。同時,還將探討運動作為一種生活習慣的長期益處。 Exercise is not merely a physical activity but also a key tool for enhancing both physical and mental well-being. This course will cover various forms of exercise and discuss their impacts on physical health, such as improving muscular strength, enhancing cardiovascular health, and boosting mental well-being. Additionally, it will explore the long-term benefits of incorporating exercise as a lifestyle habit (2) 健康人生的概念: The Concept of Healthy Living 健康人生不僅限於生理健康,還包括心理、情感及社會層面的全面健康。課程將強調運動對提升整體生活品質的作用,並討論如何通過均衡飲食、良好的睡眠習慣及壓力管理來維持一個健康的人生 Healthy living extends beyond physical health to encompass mental, emotional, and social well-being. This course will highlight the role of exercise in improving overall quality of life and discuss how maintaining a balanced diet, good sleep habits, and effective stress management can contribute to a healthy life.

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。 2. 依本校「學則」第33條,曠課一小時,以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一,經該科教師扣考後,即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
