了解及學習綠色休閒餐飲與傳統餐飲的最大區別,除了關注傳統餐飲企業,也融入了社會因素,即有著更強的社會責任感;使消費者感到有休閒感及放鬆自我,並在心理上獲得滿足。 強調在其生產與服務的過程中,以服務節奏呈現休閒,讓更多關注在節約資源、注重環保,尊重用餐者的利益與健康,並從經營與環境的各個環節全方位、全過程地予以體現,從而達到經營的最佳效果,最終實現經濟、休閒、生態、社會的和諧統⼀。它是目前最優的、新型的餐飲經營管理方式,是⼀種先進經營理念的體現,也是未來餐飲企業經營的核⼼與目的。 Understanding and learning the biggest differences between green leisure dining and traditional dining. Beyond focusing on traditional catering enterprises, green leisure dining also incorporates social factors, demonstrating a stronger sense of social responsibility. It provides consumers with a sense of leisure and relaxation, and psychological satisfaction. By emphasizing a leisurely service pace throughout the production and service process, green leisure dining encourages a greater focus on resource conservation, environmental protection, and respect for the interests and health of diners.
