本課程邀請學生展開一場知性與體驗兼具的探索之旅，深入認識佛教多元的歷史與文化風貌。透過走訪亞洲及其他地區的重要佛教聖地——例如印度、斯里蘭卡、中國大陸、東南亞與台灣——學生將更深入理解佛教傳統如何在不同地區的歷史、社會與藝術表現中逐漸形成與發展。課程將結合講授、視覺教材與案例分析，引導學生探討這些聖地的宗教、歷史與社會意義，並關注文化遺產保存與宗教觀光等議題。
在課程結束時，學生不僅能夠掌握跨地域的佛教歷史與文化知識，更能培養欣賞多元文化與相互連結的世界觀。透過對佛教聖地的學習，本課程旨在啟發批判性思考，促進跨文化理解，並建立具備全球視野的觀點。
This course invites students to embark on an intellectual and experiential exploration of Buddhism’s diverse historical and cultural landscapes. By engaging with major Buddhist sites across Asia and beyond—such as India, Sri Lanka, mainland China, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan—students will gain a deeper understanding of how Buddhist traditions have been shaped by local histories, societies, and artistic expressions. Through lectures, visual materials, and case studies, students will examine the religious, historical, and social significance of these sacred spaces. Attention will also be given to issues such as cultural heritage and religious tourism.
By the end of the course, students will not only develop knowledge of Buddhist history and culture across regions but also cultivate a broader worldview that appreciates cultural diversity and interconnectedness. This course aims to foster critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and a global perspective through the study of Buddhism’s sacred sites.

學生請假規則

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
