Course Description
 
本課程旨在培養學生的生涯規劃與終身學習能力,透過系統化的學習,引導學生發展批判性思維、自我覺察與反省能力。學生將學會如何自我引導學習,解決複雜問題,並將學到的專業知識靈活應用於不同領域。課程內容強調思辨能力的養成,透過多樣化的討論與案例分析,學生將學習如何在面對未來職涯選擇時做出審慎判斷,並且在不斷變化的社會中持續提升個人競爭力。此外,課程將促進學生自我反省的能力,幫助他們認識自我價值與目標,進而規劃與實踐個人學習藍圖。課堂中將結合個案研究與實務演練,強化學生的自學能力,讓學生在學習過程中建立問題解決的實踐經驗。最後,課程鼓勵跨領域的知識應用,學生將有機會將不同專業領域的知識整合並應用於真實世界的挑戰中,達到學用合一的目標。
學習目標:
1、培養學生批判性思維與自我覺察反省能力。
2、增進自學能力與問題解決的實踐技巧。
3、促進專業知識跨領域應用,提升學生多元能力。
This course aims to develop students' career planning and lifelong learning skills through systematic learning. It guides students in cultivating critical thinking, self-awareness, and reflective abilities. Students will learn how to self-direct their learning, solve complex problems, and apply their professional knowledge flexibly across various fields.
The course emphasizes the development of analytical skills through diverse discussions and case analyses, teaching students how to make thoughtful decisions when facing future career choices. It also focuses on enhancing students’ adaptability and competitiveness in a constantly changing society.
Additionally, the course promotes self-reflection, helping students understand their values and goals to plan and implement their personal learning blueprints. Case studies and practical exercises will be incorporated to strengthen students' self-learning abilities, allowing them to gain hands-on problem-solving experience during the learning process.
Finally, the course encourages cross-disciplinary knowledge application. Students will have opportunities to integrate knowledge from different professional fields and apply it to real-world challenges, achieving the goal of uniting learning with practical use.

 促進跨領域知識與技能的應用:學生將學習如何將不同領域的知識與技能融會貫通,並將其應用於實際的生涯規劃與發展中。 Promoting Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge and Skills Application: Teach students how to integrate knowledge and skills from various fields and apply them to practical career planning and development scenarios.
