Course Description
 
「管理與生涯發展」將探討有關的主題是「生涯規劃」與「人際關係管理」。「生涯規劃」狹義是指培養找得到工作的就業技能,廣義是使職業與人生相結合,兩者相輔相成而非面臨取捨。「人際關係管理」則指在職場上稱職地扮演好各種角色,包括:下屬、上司、同事、合作夥伴、提供服務者。職場上的人際關係,比起個人小範圍的親情、友情、愛情,來得複雜多了。「人際不適應」,大都並非別人的虛假與複雜所致,而是自己欠缺足夠的溝通技巧與正確的職場倫理觀念。本課程從認識宜蘭各相關產業之外,亦「討論」如何找到自己管理人生的生涯發展方向。
" Management and Career Development" will explore the topics of "Life Planning" and "Interpersonal Relationships". In a narrow sense, "career planning" refers to developing employment skills that can help you find a job. In a broad sense, it refers to combining career with life so that the two complement each other rather than facing a trade-off. "Interpersonal relationships Management" refers to playing various roles competently in the workplace, including: subordinates, superiors, colleagues, partners, and service providers. Interpersonal relationships in the workplace are much more complicated than small-scale personal family, friendship, and love relationships. "Interpersonal incompatibility" is mostly not caused by the falsehood or complexity of others, but rather by one's own lack of sufficient communication skills and correct workplace ethics. In addition to understanding the various industries related to Yilan, this course also "discusses" how to find your own career development direction.

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條,曠課一小時,以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一,經該科教師扣考後,即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
