 Course Description
 
本課程為大一學生必選修之第二外語課程。本課程融合英文聽、說、讀、寫四項語言技能，透過“主題式教學”，強調教授情境式、多元化、實用性場合所需之語言技能。本課程設計目的在於協助不同程度的學生習得基本英語文能力，從基礎的發音、句型應用、中階的溝通表達、至高階的閱讀分析與書寫，並藉由課堂活動、教室情境佈置、小組報告、自主學習動機營造等提升學生英語文能力。
本課程延續前一學期教學方式，持續營造一個主題式、多元化、情境式的英語教學環境，鼓勵學生以前一學期累積之英語文能力與知識充分以英語參與課堂活動，以英語表達陳述個人意見，並樂於使用英語與同學及老師溝通。

1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
