 Course Description
 
本課程為統整形課程，旨在透過在餐廳實務操作，培養學生統和應用一至三年級所學之餐飲相關理論與實務知識與技術，使學生能化理論為實際、化理想為實踐，為畢業進入職場做好準備。
 
課程目標
