Course Description

企業經營活動主要以營利為基本目標，倫理則是存在人心中的價值觀與行為標準，故企業倫理是指正確及適當的企業經營行為與責任。當企業經營者做出違反企業，有損顧客及公共利益時，這就發生企業倫理的問題。本課程主要讓修課同學了解企業倫理的理論與意涵，探討內容包含：職場倫理、資訊管理、行銷倫理，產品倫理、專業經理人倫理、環境倫理、企業社會責任等各式主題，同時透過不同倫理議題的個案討論，使同學充分瞭解企業倫理在經營管理上的實務作為與面臨問題。

Corporate business activities are primarily driven by the goal of profitability, while ethics represent the values and behavioral standards that exist in people's minds. Therefore, business ethics refers to the correct and appropriate business practices and responsibilities. When business leaders engage in actions that violate corporate principles and harm customer or public interests, business ethics issues arise. This course aims to help students understand the theories and implications of business ethics. The topics covered include workplace ethics, information management, marketing ethics, product ethics, professional managerial ethics, environmental ethics, corporate social responsibility, and more. Through case discussions on various ethical issues, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the practical implementation and challenges of business ethics in management.

學生請假規則

 1. 學生請假悉依本校「學則」及「學生請假辦法」規定辦理。
2. 依本校「學則」第33條，曠課一小時，以缺課二小時論。學生某一科目之缺課總時數達該科全學期授課時數三分之一，經該科教師扣考後，即不准參加該科目之學期各項學習成績考試或評量。
